Due to the increase of online scammers and people placing fake orders it is now company policy that NO ordering of stock will take place until the cost of the product has cleared into the company bank account. This can take up to 2 working days depending on your bank and your payment options.

Please note that this amount does not include labour, any requested added services or shipping charges, these will be added totals included in the final invoice, collection remains free. This applies to all hardware and software. Thanking you for your understanding.

Much like online shopping, the cost of the product will need to be paid beforehand by you the client, you will not be charged for any collection fees from the suppliers, however any extra charges incurred by shipping, requested added service options and labour will be added to your invoice and thus their might be occasions where a second invoice is sent to indicate these costs.

Every order placed will receive an invoice on request. This will serve as your proof of warranty and if lost no warranty returns will be undertaken without it.
Every order will be undertaken on the day of receipt of product payment. Orders placed before midday will be available for collection on the same day.
If you place an order on back order, stock availability is determined by the supplier and thus we cannot be held to any pricing changes that may occur during this time. Please note that the rand/dollar exchange rate is very volatile and subject to constant change.
Any supplied quote will be valid for a period of five (5) working days in total, please request a new quote once this period has elapsed.
Shipping will be undertaken on the day of receipt of full invoice payment and generally takes 3-5 working days to arrive in major cities.
Should you be utilising the shipping option ( you are able to send your own couriers should you prefer, please arrange this beforehand ) you will receive all information provided by the courier company including a copy of their way bill and any available tracking information.
Our preferred shipping agents are PostNet and their standard charge is R120 ( subject to change without notice ) for orders up to 5kg volumetric. Please note that the maximum volumetric weight allowable is 15kg total.
All final shipping costs will be communicated beforehand for reasons of transparency and this total will need to be settled before any package is dispatched.
Insurance for any shipping is available for any product at extra cost for the client account. This is not automatically included but rather an option for added security.
